Most insurance companies do not pay for mobile phlebotomy. However, we will leave you with a receipt to send to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Payment in full must be rendered at the time of service. In general, laboratory testing fees are covered by most insurance companies. However, Vip Phlebotomy Mobile Concierge Service is not an insurance company but operates on a flat-fee payment schedule.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, debit, cash, and personal checks for your convenience.  For companies that want to contract our services on a regular basis we can set you up an account and invoice you for our services.

We charge $60.00 for routine blood collection and $65.00 for special kits that require processing and handling. It could be more depending on the distance we need to travel
